Communication S7-300/S7-400 via Anybus gateway AB9007-B to Modbus

Hello,

we testing a new communication between Siemens S7-317-2 [317-2EK14-0AB0]
an a Anybus X-gateway AB9007-B.

After many hours,we can configure the Siemens Hardwareconfig to 0 issues.
we can also insert the status and liveliste parts without issues.

our aim is to insert outputs in the Hardwareconfig, if we do that, these will not be recognized.

Can you me send an manual, that describes the communication of for example:
S7-317 64words Output to Anybus Modbus gateway?

Hello,

The gateway can handle up to a 256 Byte Output buffer, which satisfies the 64 word requirement. We do have a specific example of setting up the Profinet with Siemens S7-300/S7-400. See the zip file below:

i think we need maybe the Anybus X-gateway – Modbus TCP Server – PROFINET-IO Device [AB7650]?
i ths correctly or what do you mean?

That would be correct. The AB7650 will be the device you need.
