Can you verify the date and time settings of the unit? Ensure it is the correct date/time.
Also, I would update your firmware to the latest release of 14.0 s02.
Can you provide a back up with support logs of the unit?
This can be done by connecting directly to the unit with ebuddy.

Those certificate errors happen when there is a firewall or antivirus that is doing deep packet inspection. When that happens it replaces the certificate so are servers at as if it is a ‘Man in the middle’ attack. you will have to disable this feature for are server url/ip addresses. Here is a document on what we use for communication.
