Connect remotely to CompactLogix

We have a Netbiter whose MAC ID is 003011FAEF92. We would like to connect remotely to the CompactLogix controller in a control cabinet through the Netbiter. The QuickConnect software has been successfully
installed on the laptop we are using. When we clicked on the Connect button, we got the messages below:

Channel error

Channel with id ‘network bridge 2’ was subject for a whitelist violation.

You need to have at least one device and channel enabled.

Is your network bridge enabled in Argos?

If you are trying to remote into the LAN of the netbiter, ensure ‘Allow use of Network’ is enabled under Management > gateway setting for the device you are using.

Whitelist violation

I am trying to log into a new setup with a Netbiter that our customer purchased and installed. When i go to connect, I get a Channel Error - whitelist violation? Is this my IT or their IT not having something set right? where is the whitelist originating?
