Connecting to a PC through the eWON

Currently My machine builder has access to the PLC through my eWON cosy. The PC is connected to this network and has been the whole time. It controls the print engine. How can they gain access to this PC through the eWON? Do you have instructions to do so?

It is possible to do this using Microsoft RDP to remote into the computer. Here is a document on how to do it.
