Connection issues tunnel drop

for some reason i cannot connect to any of the netbiter units. I have attached a screen shot of the error message.

Can someone explain what is going wrong.

Make sure you still have a tap adapter, and it is named correctly.


I have the same problem from time to time, even though the adapter name is as you specified. Before, uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickConnect interface has fixed the error. Nowadays, reinstalling hasn’t figured the problem out.

If the software is installed correctly you may also need to check the setup on the device. Log into Argos and verify it is configured for Remote access and synchronized.
