Had the Intesis running for about four years. Now it’s stopped working.
Rebooted the device and router (not that anything had changed on either).
Internet is connected, Intesis is connected to the router. When you access the Intesis portal, the device seems to think it’s connected. But when you try to turn it on, or change settings you get an error - “code 100 unable to connect to the server”.
