Connexion Problem between FLEXY 205 and PLC S7 1200

Hi
I had a Flexy 205 (FW 14.5s1) connected to an S7-1214C (TIA Portal v15.1 SP1), which communicated correctly.
When i connected 2 others PLC S7 1200 to my FLEXY 205, all my tags turn red 2 to 3 minutes and they return to normal for 30 to 60 seconds before returning to red .

In the “Event logs” of the Flexy it indicates:

26804 stdios-Device ENTERS slow poll mode (S73 & 400 - IP Address: 192.168.75.50)
26813 studios-Failed to socket TCP connection equipment

IP adresse:
EWON: 192.168.75.254
PLC1: 192.168.75.50
PLC2: 192.168.75.100
PLC3: 192.168.75.200

Greetings

Have you any idea @support_hms ?

Did you make sure that PUT/GET was enabled in the PLC?

Also, we have had a user say there was a problem due to memory optimization settings in TIA with a s7-1200:

Yes it was enabled;

strong text

the optimized block is disabled

Can you please create a backup of the Ewon using eBuddy and check the box “Include Support Files” and send that to me so I can review the settings and logs?

You could also create a support case at https://support.hms-networks.com so that the Ewon team can take a closer look at your case.

Hello
This file is from another EWON, it worked well before and all of a sudden all the tags go wrong, so it’s the same problem as the problem in the previous post.
For the Ewon in question in the previous post, I have the event log which shows the events when I did the tests by connecting the 3 PLCs, but now I have disconnected the 2 PLCs so that the EWON works well, I have to go back there to connect them and send you the backup.
I have a trip on June 27 to this site, on this date I will send you the backup of this Ewon.
It’s you already manage to solve the problem of the Ewon that I just sent his backup it would be cool while waiting for the backup of the other EWON.

Looking at the logs, this is definitely a PROFINET communication problem that will involve some more troubleshooting, possibly a Teamviewer session with the Ewon engineers. In order to get in touch with them, you will have to create a case at the link above. Sorry I can’t be of more help with this.

Thank you Kyle,
I created a ticket at hms support, i will see with Technical support for organize a Teamviewer session with the Ewon engineers.
Best regards.

OK good. Let me know what you find out. Thank you!

Hello,
I spoke with tech support, they asked me for a picture of the EWON’s LEDs.
As I’m not on the site I couldn’t send them now, I’ll see when I have permission to go to this site to send EWON’s pictures, I’ll let you know as soon as I send them pictures to technical support.

OK thanks for the update!

Hi @hamza_tercha,

Were you able to resolve this problem?

Best Regards,

Kyle

Hi @kyle_HMS
No, not yet.
Best Regards,

Hamza

OK, you will want to open a case at https://support.hms-networks.com to get further assistance with this.

Hi @hamza_tercha and @kyle_HMS,

I have the same issue but with an S7-300 PLC.

Did you find a solution for this?

Thanks
