Customer misordered the VCI version of CAN@net when they actually needed the Generic version based on past usage.
Is it possible to modify the firmware/software of this product to achieve the functionality of the Generic version?
This might be possible I am waiting on a response from the product manager to know if and how.

Unfortunately, the CAN@net VCI version cannot be converted into the CAN@net Generic. However, our new CAN@net NT 200 and NT 420 products support both VCI and Generic on the same unit, so this concern is now resolved on our updated products.
