We have a Cosy 3G that has been working for several months with no issues. Basic setup with HMI and PLC on the LAN and 3G connection for Talk2M access. the 3G is full signal and has never dropped, but randomly the LAN drops out and the HMI a/ PLC devices are not reachable. This requires a power cycle of the Cosy to rectify. While disconnected from the LAN the Cosy is still accessible through eCatcher and Talk2M for remote rebooting of the device. This hardware is running firmware V14.0s02.

Unfortunately no, my customer has not yet powered the system back up. It is a remote portable system that requires a generator to operate and they have it disconnected for the next couple of weeks. I will get something out to you once it is back online.
