Hello - I have a Cosy 131 from a customer, which is not responding. When power is applied, the top lights turn three amber and one red (far right). No changes when an Ethernet cable is plugged in.
The second row of lights has a green light on the second light from the left.
It does not respond to the factory reset procedure - customer is very frustrated and would like an RMA - can you assist in expediting a replacement?
