Cosy 131 boot failed

I got the unit from one of the customers (so ver number is unknown)
after booting the USR light(and all light below) flash for 1 second in a cycle of around 10 seconds(the USR blinks RED)
1+2 lights showing dim red and 3+4 lights are not showing anything
I tried to factory reset according to this but the result is the same.

P.s
Only the power is attached to the unit

Hi,

Can you confirm there is no SD card in the unit? Do you have the serial number of the device?

No SD CARD
serial 1632-0029-22(from the sticker on the device itself)

If the Cosy does not show up in eBuddy, it is still possible to perform a recovery following this process:


If that fails, you should start the RMA process.

FYI, is recommended that you use a 10/100 switch for the recovery process.
