Trying to set up a cosy 131 cellular connection I have the correct APN but I can not seem to establish a WAN connection. I’ve noticed that the ST led does not light up during the configuration progress would that mean anything?

Do you see any errors in the event logs? Have your made sure the Sim card is active?

yes the errors I can see are
wanmgt-WAN connection request failed: DHCP
main-No address received from DHCP (on Eth WAN),
The sim card is active.
Can you provide a backup from ebuddy with support files for me take a look at?

Based on the logs the Modem is not able to connect to a tower. It looks like it either is not seeing any towers or the signal is to weak to connect.

That’s interesting I set up another cosy in the same way and that one has no trouble finding a WAN connection or signal.

This is what I am seeing in the logs. It could also be that the APN is incorrect and the tower is rejecting the connection.
