Cosy 131 can't connect to Internet during wizard setup

Hello,

Cosy 131 can’t connect to Internet during wizard setup.
Client has provided us the open ports list:
UDP-1194, https, DNS (udp), ICMP, http, TCP-5938, UDP-5938.
Can you please help me to solve the problem.

It’s hard to say exactly what the problem is from the logs, but I can suggest some things.

  1. Port 443-TCP out needs to be allowed.
  2. Change the DNS servers to public ones, like 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
  3. Download and Run the T2M Connection Wizard from the same network the Ewon is using.
  4. Check the firewall logs from the network. Search for the MAC address of the Ewon.
  5. Make sure you can access these servers from your network.
  6. Make sure the Ewon’s firmware is up to date.

If you are still having problems, can you provide a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
