Cosy 131 Cellular connection problem

I have a customer that is having problems and am unable to assist them due to the following issue:

When I try to connect to any of my deployed Ewon Cozys using eCatcher, the connection stalls at the last step, “Connecting Ewon” and returns the following error: “Server communication error: Read timed out.” I am running eCatcher version 6.6.4.

Talk2MConnectionChecker shows no problems.

There could be an issue with the OpenVPN setting up a connection. Can you try using a cellular hotspot for your internet connection?

Can you try the connection with your firewall temporarily disabled?
