Cosy 131 configuration talk2m reading failed

A client contacted us because he was not able to pass the stage of reading the configuration Talk2M. In the diagnosis box he receive the message of FAILED: Refused Access.

UPDATE: IT IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE TO MOVE AN EWON FROM ONE TALK2M ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER WITHOUT FIRST DELETING IT FROM THE ORIGINAL TALK2M ACCOUNT

And you are using account credentials, not an activation key?

If so, please share logs.

The customer was actually plugged into the wrong EWON…That’s why access was denied we were trying to use an activation code that was not for that SPECIFIC ewon…Thanks for the help
