Hi,
The Cosy 131 unit came with our new machine, Connected through LAN to see the unit on ebuddy, but can not see it, tried with Set IP, given the serial number, but gives the error message that “eWon identification failed” i gave the sn as per the sticker details.
Pl. assist.

Can you tell me what the LEDs on the front of the device are showing?
PWR - in green permanent,
USR - in Red LED blinking after every 1 sec
Rest of the LED in off state
Is the USR LED blinking with a short and long sequence or is it blinking consistantly?
the way you said, USR led blink in RED for a short time and off for a second. I did the switch off and ON, now the USR is blinking on and off in Green with equal time for on and off.
Am able to see now this unit in Ebuddy.-
The problem is over now.
Now am going to set it up for the wifi configuration using the Quick wizzard
