Cosy 131 Frequent Disconnects

I have a Cosy 131 at a remote site that frequently disconnects for 1-5 seconds. I then have to disconnect from the ewon and reconnect before I'm able to connect to any devices on the remote network. I've attached the backup[color=red]MOVED TO STAFF NOTE[/color] (18.5 KB)

Hi Jeremy,

It look like we’re using wifi to get online. One thing we could check would be to take a phone and set it up to be a wifi hotspot and have the cosy connect to that. The reason that we recommend trying this is because on a wifi hotspot there would be no network restrictions or other potential things that might kick the device off. Can we try connecting to this for a little bit and see if we’re still running into issues?
