Cosy 131 going online/offline from eCatcher

We installed a new Cosy 131 Cellular 4G on site two weeks ago and it was intermittently going online/offline few times every hour when you are connected through eCatcher. The cellular signal is 3 solid. But the big problem is sometimes it goes offline for many hours after you disconnect from eCatcher. You can only go online when you reset the power. Can anybody check any configuration we are missing to correct the issue?

Can you get us a backup.tar file from eBuddy with the support files included so we can take a closer look at this?

Is this unit stationary or does it get moved around?

Hi Ray,

I just heard back from my colleague and he thinks that the device might be damaged. He’s recommending an RMA for this device. I’m going to send you an email that will go over the RMA process.
