Cosy 131 sim card

Hello,

A client is having troubles with a SIM CARD replacement. In the past, they were using a cosy 131 4G NA and the cell communication was working fine. Then, they decide to change the sim card and the communication is not working.

Here is the information for the EWON:
EWON COSY 131 4G NA
PN: EC6133H_00MA/S
SN: 1903-1209-22

SIM CARD:
CARTE MULTI SIM CARD

Was the simcard from the same carrier and using the same APN? If not the APN not matching the one required by the SIM is the most likely cause.

I recommend re-running the connection Wizard on the device to reconfigure the modem setting with the new simcard APN. Once you have done this and the Cosy is still not connecting can you please provide us with a backup including support files for us to take a look at.
