USR solid red, tried reset to default factory. Can not connect to it.
Tried to ping to default 10.0.0.53 w no response.
Please help.

It could be that the device faulty.
I would reach out to your distributor and have them open a ticket with us. Given the serial number, it is out of warranty though.
