Cosy 131 wireless DHCP Server Setup

I have a Cosy 131 WiFi unit and would like set it up as a simple LAN (local) WiFi router. Is there a document available that can help me do this. Some specific questions I have:

  1. What is the default SSID (where to find) and can it be changed?
  2. Can the SSID be broadcasted?
  3. How enable the WiFi antenna for serving DHCP addresses?
  4. After setting up the DHCP IP pool range (for wireless connections), can I still use the LAN ports to connect fixed IP devices (ie. printers). For example:
    Cosy @ 192.168.10.10
Wireless DHCP range set at 192.168.10.20-100
Printer (IP fixed at 192.168.10.200) hooked up via Ethernet to LAN port #2

Hi @Chucker,

I think you may have got the wrong impression about the WiFi Cosy. You can’t use the WiFi on the LAN, only as a WAN connection. You could add wireless access on the LAN side by combining the Cosy with the Anybus Bolt.

We also have other wireless products, like the IP30, which may work better in your situation.
