When I ran the internet wizard in my Cosy 141 it freezes and will lock me out of the unit. To regain access I have to perform a power cycle. Any ideas?
Make sure the LAN IP segment is different from the WAN (internet) IP. If that’s the case then it will create a conflict and is most probably causing the unit to freeze while performing the internet test.
e.g. Cosy LAN IP 192.168.1.8 and the network with internet access is trying to assign an IP within the same range 192.168.1.x for the WAN port
