COSY 141 to new Account

Hi,

I have an old COSY 141 that was connected to an old systems integrator account but the system is no longer being used.
Am I able to get this account removed so it can be tied to a new account?

Hi There,

You would have to login to the account where the device was first registered, and delete it from there. Once the device is deleted form the old account, you can add it to the new account.

The issue is, the cosy 141 is from an old equipment and we have no access to the old account. Just wondering if there is any way to remove the old account so it can be tied to a new account?
