Cosy error on connecting to Talk2M

I cannot get my Cosy to connect. I either get the error above or I get Access denied. This unit is in India and I have reset it, deleted the previous settings from ecatcher.

Is this device a Cosy 131 or a Cosy 141?

The error listed in the screen shot correspnds to the TL connection not being able to complete the connection. I advise giving the following document to their IT team to configure the firewall for access.

As for the access denied error, this corresponds to the device being registered to a different account already. You will need to reach out to the original account holder for this device to remove it from their account. Once complete, you will be able to use your own activation key to register the device to your account.
