Cosy won't pass internet Wizard, cannot ping VPN servers from local network

  • Ted called back, there is no cell service or Wifi where the Cosy 141 is so I can’t remote in
  • He suspects that the cables got switched, so he is going to make sure the Office network is plugged into the Internet port on 141 and try again.

Switching the cables fixed the issue - closed
