Could not connect to Anybus wireless serial bridge

Goodafternoon, I have a Anybus Wireless Bridge Serial -Bluetooth and I would config it with the Toolbox software from Anybus, I connect with the serial interface to my notebook (Windows 10) and this part will continue without any problems, but when I push AT mode nothing happen, also when I push the get all button nothing will happen. Do you know what this could be?

I have also tried the software S-connect from U-blox and even there I get the same situation.
