Customer with Locked Ecatcher account

Hi Support team,

I have another customer who has lost access to their previous ecatcher account and is trying to link their device to a new ecatcher account.

What do I need to do to have their device deleted from the old account? Is there a procedure in place for handling this?

I am the distributor to this customer.
