Cyclic error message in windows event log

I get the following error message each 10 seconds:
Error: VCI device 0 => start failed with error code 0xE0010009.

That will go directly to the IXXAT team who will best be able to assist with VCI driver issues. You will need to include more detail as well, such as the devices, the VCI versions and software you are using, as well as logs and screenshots if possible.

Hello @Jon9865,

Looking up the related support case they had an issue with the VCI device server control. There was an old device setup. Once it was removed the issue was resolved.

Along with checking your configuration in the “VCI device server control” and clearing out any not being used. I would also recommend checking and making sure you have the latest version of the VCI drivers.
