It seems like something is going on with the USB connector on the device, the PC, or the cable may be shorting. Let me know what you find.

Looking at the config file, there are no obvious errors, I would just recommend double checking that your functions and addresses are correct. Like, are you supposed to be reading Input registers and not Holding registers?
Are you able to send me a log from the device?
