Data Via API

hello, I have a platform with an ewon to which I can only access the apis methods of m2web.tal2m.com such as:

https://m2web.talk2m.com/t2mapi/getaccountinfo?

but if I want to collect the data from the data history, through the apis of data.talk2m.com, like

https://data.talk2m.com/getdata

it doesn’t work for me, it gives me the following error:

 "code": 404,
 "message": "No account or data for general @ ...",
 "success": false

Maybe something needs to be activated in the Flexy panel?

i change on Flexy platform the historicl data option on Data Management section , enabling the live data check option , and putting de A, B, C and D public tags for live data, but i don’t access to getdata by talk2m method yet
