Been having a similar issue to this with a Decision-Maker 3+ template.
Communications are good as I can read unit ID, Firmware version etc correctly but all sclaed values such as Temperatures, RPM etc all read way out of range.
Generator is not running but reads 52000 RPM

The templates we provide could be out dated if the manufacturer has changed any parameters on the controller. I would recommend you will want to find a Modbus register map manual for your exact version of controller. You should be able to update the template to read the correct data.
You might need to update what register they are reading or add a scale or offset to the data being read.
