Defective EC6133C

Good afternoon, I have a EWON part# EC6133C (S/N 1540-0114-22) that I need to send in on a RMA. Per my customer, ethernet router connection is failing to EWON. Can this be sent in for credit or will it be repaired or replaced? Please let me know what is needed to get this going.
