Delay Issue AB 7000-C and Last firmware version

Hi,

I just need to download the last version of the firmware of the product AB7000C.

I’ve downloaded the tool Firmware Download Tp at the download page of the product but, does no able to download the last file for this firmware.

I’ve facing a issue delay to appear on memory of the monitor, and I’ would like to update for the last version.

I just create a Y cable that goes to a terminal(cutecom) and for monitor of the anybus, and is possible to see the delay for the information appear on Anybus monitor software.

Hi, can you please provide the serial number of the device so I can see what firmware update applies.

The firmware for this device is automatically updated by the Anybus Configuration Manager when the configuration is downloaded to the device. To ensure you are using the latest firmware, simply use the latest version of the ABCM (4.5.1.0) to download the configuration.
