My customer’s end user wanted to add an eWON to their system. They bought a Cosy 131 from eBay. My customer tried to register it and it says access denied. What are our options here?

They need to contact the seller of the device and ask for them to remove it from their account. There is nothing we can do to help them with it since it is registered to an account.
