Device already assigned

Hello, last week i installed a MHI airco with the AC wifi interface. It worked for a few days, and suddenly it stopped. I tried to reinstall it, but after scanning the barcode, a message popped up, that the device was already assigned.
I saw in the FAQ, that it could be solved, if i send pics with the barcodes, as a proof, that i’m the owner. But, i never had a reply. So, is there any chance, that you can help me with this issue?

Do you create a ticket on our Support portal regarding the device and account information?

Hello, first of all, i want to thank the HMS-Support team for helping me with my issue.
They deleted my account with the WiFi-interface. I reinstalled the device and i’m back online.
