Customer has a device that was returned to them from a machine. The device is no longer capable to connecting remotely. The customer performed a Level 2 reset, and now it’s not showing up locally. THe USR light is not functioning as it should. Customer performed a reset while i was on the phone. After boot, the device was still not function, and they were not able to connect locally.
I advised an RMA.
