I downloaded a firmware file from the ewon.biz firmware page but it isnt showing up in ebuddy. The name looks correct is there something special i need to do for it to scan and find the file?

Make sure the file name is correct, it is case sensitive.
er14_5s0p22_ma.edf will need to be updated to eR14_5s0P22_ma.edf for example. The download page should display the required name.
