Ebuddy wont open browser or upgrade the firmware

Hi,
On Ebuddy I can see the ewon, I have set the ip address, if I try and open the brwoser it doesnt load also if I try the firmware upgrade it goes to login but then doesnt open
Any help please,

Hi Mike,

How are you connected to your Ewon? Locally, or through eCatcher?

What version of eBuddy are you running? If it’s not the latest (12.4.2), you can download it here: Ewon Software Download | Ewon Technical Support

I did a factory reset on the Ewon and it then worked.
