EC310 System is online and not connecting

After logging into the quickconnect account, the system indicates it is online. Select the device and the connect button and the error message is “Tunnel establishment error. The accepted time for establishing the tunnel expired and the tunnel could not be opened.” The EC310 was powered down and back up. The status screen displayed the reset as a brief period for the EC310 to be offline.

The remote computer has always connected until now. Any ideas what to look at first?


So generally this error is tied to the VPN tunnel being ended before a connection could be established.

Has there been any changes to the firewall?
Do you have other VPN services running on the PC?
Can you try to connect using a different PC?
