EC350 unable to connect to Argos


Device is not connecting to Argos. THE UPLINK is flashing Red. Customer performed a factory reset and is unable to connect to the device at the default IP.

When the customer boots the device, it is slow to initialize. The modem flashes, but connects after a short period. The Uplink still flash red.


We did a facotry reset.

Once complete, the device modem went down, and still unable to to restore connection to WAN. THe device has now WAN access by cellular connection. Customer will be taking device to RMA.
