EC360 - NB1022 Wont Connect to 3G/4G

I have a netbiter I am trying to set up, I have a SIM which works in my phone with data etc, it does not have a SIM PIN and I have the APN set correctly.

However, the modem on the netbiter will not connect to 3g/4g.

Who is the cellular carrier?

Hi, thanks for the swift reply.

The Carrier is ‘EE’, and is in the UK.

apn = everywhere

In that case, I would recommend that you create a case at https://support.hms-networks.com because I am located in the US and not familiar with the UK carriers. In the US, the carrier needs to be compatible with the AT&T network due to the type of modem used in the Netbiter.
