eCatcher cannot write a file

Hello,
I can no longer connect with eCatcher after update. I am not sure from which version, I had to switch because correct password was not accepted.
Folder is accessible, I can delete or create files, eCatcher is run as admin.
I think that problem is non-ANSI symbols in username.

We are aware of the issue when using non-ANSI symbols in the Windows username. There is no current fix at this time and you would have to use a user without the non-ANSI symbols in the username unfortunately.

Alternatively, you can use eCatcher v6.6.4.

Hello, today 10.07.2023 problem still exist. I have eCatcher v6.10.0. Do you work on real solution?
