eCatcher Clean Uninstall

Hi, I have a situation where I’ve installed eCatcher on a VM and then copied that VM to provide to another person within my organization. Each VM has different PC names. I’ve been able to prove that when both of us are logged in to separate accounts, both of us have vpn connection issues. The only thing I can think of is that there is some sort of data point that is making eCatcher think that we are each the same machine. Is there a clean uninstall method I can use or is there something else I should look at?

Thanks,

Try this:

  1. Un-install eCatcher
  2. Delete the C:\Program Files (x86)\eCatcher-Talk2m directory and all of it’s contents
  3. Delete the following registry keys:
  • Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\Folders\eCatcher-Talk2M\**all keys that start with this**
  1. Reboot the PC and then re-install eCatcher
