Hi,
I’m trying to run ECatcher but getting an prompt error at the first second.
“This application requires a JAVA runtime Environement 1.8.0”
I click on “OK” and get rederected to the Java download page.
I did the download but keep getting the error.
Tried to run as admin, same thing.

What Operating system are you using? When you installed Java Runtime, did you reboot afterwards?

I’m having this same issue. Every single time I open ECatcher I get the same error. Already have verified that the right JRE is installed and enabled. Not sure what else to do!
@Kevin_hms I’m using Windows 11, and rebooted when the install was complete.

I found my problem, I had moved the EXE file to the desktop and it couldn’t find the files. I now run the program directly in the files directory and it works.
