I am using one of the custom columns in eCatcher to track the phone number for each eWON on in our system. eCatcher has a Phone number column but I cannot find how this is populated. Is there a way to enter the eWON phone number so it appears in the standard Phone number column?

That column is used if they Ewon is set as a triggered connection as apposed to a maintained connection. So if a text message is needed for the Ewon to go online then that would be how it gets populated.
Otherwise the way you are doing it with the custom field is how you would keep track of a phone number on the Ewon.
