Hello, our company is working with the eCatcher software with an eWON Flexy and we can’t seem to successfully interface with local LAN devices on the other end of the VPN on anything other than port 80. Any ideas what might be causing this one?
Unless you have gone into the Ewon properties in eCatcher, and specifically added the device, and then restricted it’s ports, then the Ewon is not blocking any ports. Check these settings as shown in the screenshot below:
