During connecting Talk2M: Opening VPN tunnel the green process bar is held on approx. 30% and keeps tryin reconnecting on our two Flexy201 Ewons. The same connection behavior.

Do you get any errors during the process?
Can you run the connection checker verify to the VPN connection?
Solution: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the eCatcher, and it started communicating as suppose to be.
