I am currently working on getting the AnyBus X-Gateway configured correctly to communicate with this Ferrobitics sander. I have an EDS file from Ferrobotics, but it seems to have more information than I need. I just wanted to see if what I have set-up so for in the configuration is what Ferrobotics is looking for, please.

It can be hard to get this info from a EDS file. Looking at the EDS I would suggest the following setup.
You might need to swap around the originator > target and the Target > originator connection points. If this still give you issue we would either need a Ethernet/IP or CIP manual for the sander or you might need to contact the manufacturer for info.
