Email Alarm Template and HTML

Hello,

A little weird problem.

I have some Flexy 205s with version 14.3.s0 and they all seem to do the same.
In the “General / Alarms” configuration page, the parameters I entered disappear but it works the same.

This problem seems to be present only when I use HTML to enhance the content of the email. Otherwise (without HTML) the content does not disappear ???

Here is an example with HTML code in the “Email Alarm Template” box.

And on the next pass, the page is empty (the email still works)

HTML helps improve the appearance of emails.

Hi Christian,

Waiting on a response from Belgium but I believe this is intended. When you use your own HTML it will overwritten what is already there but also remains hidden.

Hi Christian,

According to Belgium this is an expected in the template form since HTML is already being applied and putting more in overrides it. They suggest doing this in the BASIC IDE instead if you wish to format.
