Emailing alarms received by system

Since December we have stopped receiving alarm emails from our system. No changes have been made since our original configuration so we are trying to figure out why the alarms have stopped transmitting. The email alerts are sending to multiple email servers an addresses so we do know its not an issue with receiving the emails. I’m looking for the screen or screens that will allow me to view how and in what format the alarms are being sent out and possibly edit them.
